A surprising stay at check-out

The friendly housekeeper helped me when I got locked out while loading my car. The location was perfect, and the breakfast offered a great variety.

However, getting locked out was a frustrating experience. I wish the hotel didn't automatically lock the doors at check-out time, leaving me unable to retrieve my last suitcase.

The Standard Queen Room I stayed in was super clean and had really comfy beds. The bathroom was modern and well-kept, which I appreciated. I liked that there were big TVs and enough outlets for my devices. Also, the motorized shades were a nice touch, blocking out all the light. No major complaints about the room, just a solid experience all around.

I loved how spacious the suite was! It made our family gathering so much more comfortable. However, it was disappointing that our room wasn’t cleaned during our 2-night stay. 😕

I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The modern decor and spacious room. The friendly staff created a cute environment, although the room cooling took time to adjust. A good Americana experience near great dining options!

i had a great stay at holiday inn express! the hotel is extremely clean and very well-maintained, with a beautiful modern bathroom and comfortable beds. the customer service was top-notch, especially the helpful young man who printed my meeting agenda. the indoor pool and fitness center were a nice touch, too!
